Dry Feet

Dry feet are caused by the lack of hydration and the build up of dead skin cells under the heels. Heat also draw moisture from the skin, which can lead to dry feet. Think of the heat you expose your feet to when walking barefeet, or sitting infront of the heater or even running.
The loss of moisture is the main cause for the dryness.

You can remove the dead skin with your callus remover and remember to neutralize afterwards. You can then exfoliate with the AHA Foot Exfoliant and apply the Elim Foot perfector twice daily to the feet. Ensure feet are clean before application. You can invest in a shower massage mat if you feel you want extra relief.
