Toenail Fungi can also spread to the bottom of the foot or between the toes and is then referred to as foot fungus.
Common symptoms of infection include:
- •          A discoloration of the nailbed. It normally turns yellow and later brown.
- •          The toenail becomes soft and brittle.
- •          It changes shape and curls upwards.
- •          Odour
- •          Keratin build-up and the nailbed look very thick.
So what are the 3 things you can do to help cure nail fungi?

Sanitize and clean your shoes. If the infection is on the toenail, make sure to leave shoes outside in the sun for as long as possible after every wear and use a good quality spa sanitizer with a high concentration of alcohol to sanitize the shoes.
