Poor Circulation

THE PROBLEM:

Poor circulation is a condition in the feet or legs where the body receives inadequate blood flow. Poor blood circulation, which will be experienced in people with peripheral arterial disease (PAD), can lead to a higher chance of developing serious foot problems.
In our feet we often find that feet or hands are cold.

THE TREATMENT:

Exercising is beneficial to your body in so many ways. One is getting rid of poor circulation. You can also massage your legs or arms with the Elim Foot Perfector or Elim Restorative Cream. Drink lots of water and dry to dry brush the area. Rest the legs and frequently exfoliate with the AHA Foot Exfoliant or if the problem is in the hands, the Hydro-Thermal Exfoliant.
